Falkreath's Manor - Crash

Just bought a land in the Falkreath's Hold. When getting close to it the game crashes.

Yes, I learned this bug 3 hours ago but needed to go. So I didn't try to disable the mod yet. I will try now.

Disabling the mod worked. Game doesn't crash anymore
