Fallout 3 Dll error : Fallout 3

this procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEK32.dll
and
the proceedur entry poin DdEntry10 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll
when I try to launc my Fallout launcher or exe

Try a reinstall or verify cache files if on steam
