So as i was shooting at the bird outside of of the sanctuary, the one the seems to phaze through arrows, i notice random egg nest randomly spawn in certain areas on the cliffs below.

Those nests are their markers

it will fall to the ground, If you shoot the ones outside Castle Volkihar you can loot the feathers and skull needed to make that new hawk bone necklace ( i dont remember exactly what its called ).

There is a bird flying around the area where the skeleton with the white crown is buried in the forgotten vale. Some people think that this crown might be the Ancient Falmer one.

Since we are on this topic again...

Remember when some of us thought that the crown was on that skeleton frozen in the stone near the Inner Sanctum? I used console to clip through and found this:

Look familiar? It is the cup that soul gems can sometimes be found! Lol. They just stuck some gems on the front, resized it, and stuck it inside a skeleton in a rock! Good thinking, Bethesda...

No.
It isnt.
Its in the game files, but you can only get it through the console.

Hey what is your the picture of your name of.. I saw that picture on a post in Whiterun.. Always thought I got some mod that added in as a easter egg reffering to the Deathly Holows.. lol

The nests have always been there, they do not randomly spawn, they are always in exactly the same places. There are at least 19 nests spread around the area 17 around the cliffs, one on a broken pillar and one in the hut with the mammoth skull just after the last nest. No idea what the egg hunt is for, but you can have fun collecting them. I have never been able to shoot that damn bird! The bird is seen at two locations that I know of in the Forgotten Vale, I never found anything at the alternate location (bottom entrance to Glacial Crevice), still could not kill the bird.

The Crown is only available through the console commands, why they removed it...

They're shadowmarks. Should be a book about them by one of the beds in the TG.
