Famitsu gave Skyrim a 4040, the first western game to score

I guess we all know how credible Famitsu is now. What a sham. How the hell can they give Skyrim a 40 out of 40, which is a perfect score? Are the Japanese insane? Did they even play it past say, 2 hours? 5? 10? 30? 40 hours? Or were they paid off by Bethesda?

Something really fishy is going on with video game reviews. The press is now saying that Bethesda did not send them ANY Playstation 3 copies before launch - only Xbox360 and PC. Hmm.. Sounds like Bethesda KNEW that the game was broken on the PS3 and not long after you start to get into the game this happens:

Oh but wait - now it is starting to take place on the Xbox 360!! Will PC gamers be next?

You need to understand when they review a game, they do not play it for the extended time that we do. They wouldn't have run into these types of issues.

My guess is: Print-media and Internet-sites use at least 4 copies(or at least savefiles). Maybe 1 guy just check the visuals, another one checks the main-quest and nothing else. And than one is checking out the sidequests. and so on and so forth. So maybe the reviewers on famitsu never will have the big savefile as we have because of just looking at one thing. (Dont forget Skyrim is too big for just one guy to review it)

You don't get it.

Bethesda DID NOT SEND OUT REVIEW COPIES OF SKYRIM ON THE PLAYSTATION 3.

So how in the hell can Famitsu give a game their most coveted score - a 40/40 - without playing the ACTUAL damn GAME?

They still do not have it yet! USA magazines and websites needed to go to retail and BUY the PS3 version - they did not get review copies!

Such corruption - it is making me sick to my stomach. I feel cheated, [censored], and abused by Bethesda.

So both Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Skyrim are basically... demos that you get to play for a couple weeks :(

What score Skyrim get in a magazine have nothing to do with the issues some people are experiencing, and this is the issues forum.
