This is a kind of continuation of Pistolero's "Your Most Hated Fantasy Tropes and Clichés", which I cannot post a link to.

Here is a forum for discussing an optimal fantasy universe. These ideas are designed for novels and books, but any ideas are welcome.

There's a good chance that I'll ask permission to use your idea in a novel that I want to write when I get my computer. You can refuse if you want; your idea is your idea.
