I just built an animal pen but I don't know how to buy farm animals. (cows, goats, chickens) If anyone knows please do tell.

Get a steward, then check their dialogue options. Livestock purchase should be there.

If they do an update, buying animals without needing a steward would be high on my wish-list. I kept trying to buy them directly from the farmers. For fun, I'd like see a farmer's market outside Whiterun, with farmers selling their livestock. For extra immersion, we could meet farmers on the road as they lead their goats, cows, and horses to market. Chickens would be available at the market as well, but it would look silly to see someone herding chickens down the road.

Sheep there are no sheep and in this type of enviroment sheep would be in it and wool was used extensively, and why is it that most of the body types are all the same as well as heighth not to mention ugly some of these people are well very ugly... no wonder why they left the sheep out they would probably be very nervous ...
