I really just don't get the abysmal state of QA these patches go through or (even worse) the lack of community managers responding in this forum.

My wife plays Farmville (horrible I know) but even in that [censored] game on FB, she gets responses from multiple community managers on a daily basis, addressing the issues and engaging the community.

How can Bethesda release a patch that removes all resistances and causes dragons to fly backwards is beyond me ( you can see these issues after 10 minutes of game play...) - but what's worse is that we have no ONE responding here on any of these issues. Simple responses like:
"we are working on fixing the resistances bug", "can you please give more info on the bookshelves bug" etc.. is what's expected from a company that got hundreds of millions from us on this game.

Such a disgrace.
