Is Fast Healing really the highest level healing spell?

Post » Tue Nov 13, 2012 12:52 pm

75 points of health? Does Bethesda not realize that most players over level say..45, have over 400+ hp? My Paladin has 650 hp, and this just tickles.

Why, oh why, is the highest level healing spell so minuscule in comparison to associated hp levels?

One of the first healing perks increases healing by 50%. So 112.5. I agree that it is too low, but magic resist and armor does mitigate alot?

Both Close Wounds and Grand Healing have a higher level. Grand Healings heals the caster 200 points. I think they only can be purchased by Colette at the College of Winterhold, though.

And there you have it. With the 50% healing perk you can heal for 250.

Just hotkey healing to for example "2" and dual cast it for instant 500hp :)

Grand Healing is an Expert level spell, with the Regeneration perk it restores 300 health and I think 200 Stamina with Respite, but I'm not so sure on the latter, as well as the same for all allies within 15ft.

My bad, 300 ofcourse. 600 if cast with both hands at the same time. But Im guessing you need master restoration to have the mana for it. Edit: Correction, expert perk - as Tommson said. I never went that far up with restoration myself.
