Whenever (or actually most of the time) I fast travel to any location, one or more monsters spawn right next to me when I "arrive". This can be Bandits, falmers, Hagravens and various other enemies. To make things clear - This does not only happen in places where enemies would obviously spawn, (e.g. when travelling to bandit camps), but also when I fast travel to cities and suddenly find myself surrounded by a bunch of bandits.
I've allready tried a clean re-install of Skyrim, without any effect though, so I guess it either has something to do with the .ini file or with my save files.

On a related note, whenever I try to enter the inn inn in Markath the game CTDs, a problem that wasn't fixed by the clean reinstall either, so it also could have something to do with the ini. file or my save files.

Does anyone know a solution to this? Perhaps a way to check wether a save file is corrupt and fix it if necessary?
