Well, simple problem I seem to be having is that I have two Steel Maces I want to put in my favorites for easy access, but when I select them both they show up "together" and I am only able to put one on a single hand.

They are registered as both on my favorites, but I am forced to go into my weapon menu to equip the 2nd mace.

Won't be much of a problem when I get a different weapon, but it's rather annoying atm.

Any ideas of a fix?

On Xbox, you can pull a trigger to equip to a specific hand. Try pulling one, then the other on your sword. It should be favorited as a group. Is for me. Haven't done dual-wielding weapons yet, so I can't be sure, but try that.

Same. Vanilla weapons work fine but if i upgrade the act as 1 unit in the fav menu

bumping this. unable to dual wield two dwarven daggers that are upgraded on the quick menu. They item shows on the list as ....

selecting this item with either (A) or LT / RT just results in only one dagger being wielded and the other dropped from the quick menu list and at the same time no longer a favorite. When selecting them both from the main weapons menu and also setting them as favorites will sometimes cause them to no longer appear in the quick menu.

I'm unable to also set this setup as a QUICK DPAD LEFT (1) / RIGHT (2) setup. It will just act like nothing is assigned to the setup when hitting DPAD LEFT/ RIGHT.

bottom line some bug with the items that are grouped together and added to the quick selection list.
