Amelion brusefs sword just for the purely awesome visuals, noot a bad enchantment. 15 ice and you get around 60 hits before you have to recharge. mmmm ice damage

Thornblade, Dragonsword of Lainlyn, Crusader's Sword

My last game, I was particularly fond of my Elven Longsword. I enchanted it with a 20 pt health drain, and simply called it 'Unwell'.

For staves:
Apotheosis. It's awesome enough that it deserves its own look, dunno why it didn't get it.
