Cicero FTW, he's kinda annoying at first but once you get used to his squeaky speech you realize he really delivers a great performance.
Astrid is believable enough but I didn't feel any empathy for her.
And I like Nazir one-liners.

I like Babette, of course... creepy, but in a cute sort of way. And I have to admit I like Veereza as well. And the werewolf seems pretty cool, and that smartmouthed Redguard. I don't know, they're evil assassins, and I generally don't join them, but... I just like them.

My favorite is Veezara since he seems like a rather nice guy, also I like him since he is a Shadowscale yet even though I'm a Khajiit ever since I was sneaking past the Argonian merchant in Riften when he said "You remind me of the Shadowscales of old" I loved Shadowscales mainly since the name is cool... ok that and their epic stealth.

Gabriella, she has a dark sense of humor that makes me tingle with happiness, second probably Babette for the same reasons, then Veezara or Lucien Lachance.

Honestly though, the Dark Brotherhood was my favorite group.... then they all died.

Babbette and Cicero, but all in all there is no member I dislike...I love the intoduction to the DB whith Babbette telling her assassination story, and IMOP Cicero es the best acted and developed char in Skyrim

Cicero, because he actually follows the true ways of the Dark Brotherhood. Next to him, being Nazir (Bow wow wow) and Babette. They're also some of my favorite characters in the entire game.

I liked most of them, but Cicero, Nazir, and Festus are tops in my book, because of their snarky and snappy dialogue. I think Cicero is quite possibly the most-fleshed out character in the game, and at least he holds to the true ideals of the DB, not the twisted version Astrid spouts.

That being said, Astrid is my least-favorite person in the game, surpassing even that Black-Briar deathlord's spawn (Maven). She's a power-hungry, domineering, and controlling daughter-of-a-skeever. At least she atoned for her misjudgment in the end (or both ends, whichever way you play it).

Come to think of it, Astrid and Maven B-B must be related somehow. They're so much alike.

Babette! Wickedly cruel ancient in the body of a child with a very dark, twisted, sick sense of humor. Uncomfortable, yes, but that intro alone made her my favorite.
