So far I am really liking Skyrim,looks beautiful and all,but is there a way to increase draw distance?I heard if Bethe used DX 10/11 it would not have been the case.Kinda annoying when I see people show up randomly.

Another thing,I am getting headaches if I play an hour or so,even though it never happens on others.Dunno if it is too flashy or should I turn down the brightness lol.

Change your FOV.

Type "fov xx" in the console, without "", where xx is a number of your choice. I play at 90, but I guess most people prefer 80-85... I believe default is 70 or 75.


You're supposed to be able to do this in the .ini as well, but that doesn't seem to work for me.

I have 1440*900,so what is the right one?And do I have to change everytime I start?
