The main bug that keeps happening to me is I'll get hit an arrow or an ice bolt and it'll stay stuck in my for up to 4 hours of gameplay. This obviously isn't a big game changing glitch, but it's gotten to be kind of obnoxious

Also I'm not sure if this was on purpose, but a couple times I've read a book and gotten a task and then finished it, and then talked to someone and they give me the exact same task

Finally, when I was trying to get married, I was there on time (2AM, really??) and as soon as people showed up I failed the marriage task and everyone was mad at me and left. I think it might have had something to do with the fact that the dead body of my former companion Lydia just appeared on the floor of the church...
