I'm looking forward to the expansion. Any hopes that they are going to bundle everything into one package with a high price or do you all think this is just the start of the releases of the DLC?

I hope this is the first of a long series of DLC coming for RAGE. Did we get official words on RAGE : The Scorchers ?

I hope there is more DLC to be released later, but I doubt it. They must work on Doom4, and after that they will be doing Rage2, so there won't be much time to work on more DLC.

So hopefully, they have worked on a few packs, and hopefully will release them one a time, to allow time to flow nicely with it all.

Edit: Of course, lol, I can't say much, hell there might even be a Rage DLC team that will still work on DLC while the rest of the team is on Doom4.

this pegi rating has been out a week with official sites like psu universe and playstation magazine citing the fact also on their sites.and as usual no confirmation from zenimax.it looks very promising because they have put this forward to be rated.has anyone else seen a rating for this outside of the european pegi system.im not sure if in america they have to do the same thing? on their rating website.can anyone of you lot find out

The PEGI ratings thing has been discussed in other threads. But the thing about it that makes me think it isn't proof of actual DLC is the date. Because according to that page, the DLC was released 6/14/2012. Which, of course, it was not. And not only have we not seen a DLC released, we have not even seen a DLC announced. So either that page is wrong because the release date has been seriously seriously pushed back, or that page is wrong because there was a DLC planned at one point but it was canned/indefinately delayed and somebody forgot about the PEGI page.

Realistically we are so far past the release of Rage that I have a very hard time believing anything else is planned. You don't release DLC's this long after, when all the interest in a game is long gone.

Yeah but to me that is just another infamous Bethesda push back and not a sign of cancellation.

Are you referring to your own site as a source for something that has already been posted several times on this forum?

Edit: It's just that it seems to me like you just copy+pasted the 'news' (they were never confirmed) from this forum, posted them on your blog, to then post it back on this forum with a link to your blog and a misleading title to generate clicks for your site?

DLC has not been confirmed yet. At least not until I see Twitter confirmation. The pegi site no longer has the info about The Scorchers anymore either. I'm not sure what to make of that...

Now would be the time for the moderators to speak up perhaps? But it's doubted.
