I finally get it...

Folks, it's been a long time coming but I get it now..developers marketing games for sale to the public have an almost impossible task- that being- marketing foolproof. Think about it. Bethesda has a market they have to please no matter how well or bad an individual may care or treat the medium upon which they use their (Bethesda's) products. Almost. Pc users waive any claim the moment they modify, but console users expect performance with marketed games on their sponsorship with their chosen console- as well as the feedback from consumers who purchased that product. Sony has a stake in this decision by Bethesda to agree to release dlc for the ps3, as well as Bethesda having a stake in this by a comeuppance of fans who give them kudos for sticking it out when they could have chosen not to release this game for the ps3 in the first place. But then, that may have been a marketing faux paus- after all, did anyone bother to see how many ps3 owners experienced hiccups outside the norm of any of their other games played on the ps3 in comparison to Skyrim? I have never been a critic of the gaming team at Bethesda, only a critic at their communication with their fans.
