As well as Blackmarsh, Elsweyr, Valenwood and all the rest, but is this really how you wanted to see them?

Well, I'll enjoy visiting them, for sure, but hope they'll be better portrayed in the single-player franchise.

Yeah, can't wait to see these lackluster interpretations of the unseen provinces that they'd better not stick to for the single player versions.

Are the provinces even hand-made?

I'm dreading the Summerset Isles. The lore descriptions of Aldmeri architecture is mind-warping, and they want to recreate it with the Hero Engine? I'm expecting a cheap retcon, and yet another generic Rivendell inspired job.

Can't wait to see all the provinces in the single player games made by Bethesda. In the mmo they can only look simplified.

Well technically with Todd's obvious love for the Lord of the Rings and the extent at which it has already influenced the recent Elder Scrolls games this would probably have happened anyway.

We see how they were in the the second era. We'll have to wait for a single-player game to see how they develop in the fourth. I'm fine with exploring the MMO version first (unless, of course, I play Arena between now and then). My take is that knowing more about the history of Tamriel can only make the other TES games more interesting. I can still choose to play a character ignorant of the past, but it will be a choice and not the necessary result of my own ignorance.

I'm not really excitedm you can see all the provinces in Arena anyways :P
And they would have to dwarf the entire map to make it fit etc.
But I'll have to wait and see.

We can still discuss the game, no?
I'm unsure if I'll get it, but from what I've seen yet, I'm not impressed.
The factions are dumb, the artwork is cartoony, forced third person is rumoured, the same with powers with cooldowns.
WoW in a TES setting from what I've seen yet. But I'll hang around for more news, and decide when it's released.
