I finaly killed Krosis.

Post » Wed Dec 07, 2011 5:16 am

I finally beat him, After a 40 minute stuggle, i'm level 23 playing on expert, I get his health down to the tinyiest bit, think oh let's finish him with a shout, and Lydia ran infront and died, in the process, should I reload or accept my huge feat of beating him and play on?

It's for you to decide. Like Lydia? Reload. Don't like Lydia? Don't reload.

U will later trust me just advance a few levels and skills. And she's worth it to reload.

yeah my lydia survived, but she would always get downed by every large enemy we saw and i ended up using healing hands on her 90% of the time, so finally the next time she got downed i decided to put her out of her misery, as hard as it was... :cryvaultboy: I gave her a two handed weapon so she basically rushed everything and didnt block.

I murdered her in front of everyone in Riverwood to show my dominance. I also murdered that stupid wood elf that tried to screw over Sven

Bleh, this is why i roll solo. Killed Krosis at level 10 that way. If all else fails, you can always just level conjuration to 100 and go perma-resurrect her in the halls of the dead in whiterun.

same, when i 1st played i was like....nope, then after a while i got to make dragon armor for her, and promptly decided to go to the nearest bandit stronghold to see how she would fair....she lasted 3 hits against a bandit thug.....

Needless to say, my housecarls are to remain as armor displays for my houses.

My Lydia is home right now. No need for her other than as a house sitter.

Sounds like you've had alot of HouseCarls, is there an orc one? not counting the one you can get at a stronghold northwest of the map.....

Lydia hasn't even left dragonreach with me. I don't like followers.
But the point of a rpg would be to accept what happen, don't reload.

Just killed Krosis today at level 18, alone...well, with several fire atronach that krosis sometimes turned against me.
He is though, sure, but you can always avoid his fireball if you have a ranged charachter...on melee, it must be a bit more difficult.

I would definitely reload. And this time, keep Lydia waiting near Fellgrow Keep. Go to attack Krosis, jump behind him, get the shout, loot the chest and dart as quick as you can off the mountain and into the nearby troll camp. He'll either stop or chase you, if he chases you he'll just be killed by the trolls and mammoths. Either way you'll be safe and you'll get the shout. Once it's all calm, go back to Fellgrow Keep, get Lydia, and you're good to go. If you want his weapon, I would still reload and battle him.

Just pick up Lydia 2: Electric Boogaloo from solitude. Apart from the fact she's blonde there isn't a single difference.

Yep, that is what I am in the process of doing now. I was soooo bummed at first though. I accidentally shot her in battle, I was to far away to tell it was her, she ran down and engaged the enemy and I was shooting arrows from the rocks above. :(
