So I'm at the part of the quest where you need to bring the two ghost lovers to each other but I cant find Fernig, where the heck is this guy hiding?

I tried waiting till midnight, tried scouting the ground all around, tried going into Etheral shout ... can't seem to find the clue to locating the guy.

Did anyone succeed ?

Yep, I found him. Had the quest arrow pointing towards him though, so you might have been snagged on a bug. General location is east/northeast of the shrine thing just over a north-side ridge of the mountain in the middle of the valley.

Edit: Should be somewhere near where the mouse is pointing.

and It must of been a bug or something the quest arrow didn't appear until I loaded the game back up today. Like the map above shows he's north of the shrine on the other side of that small mountain.
