Do anyone know how to find a monk robe, preferably without killing someone? And also when I'm at it - is there a place where to find a "loose" robe that the Whiterun priests wear or something similar. When it's comes done to it I'm actually looking for a brown robe that isn't a mage or necromancer robe. Do somebody know where to find some?

You should go to the clothing vendor in Solitude. I can't recall the shop name, but it's on the right side in the market district when you enter. She has a ton of clothing.

Thanks! You were right, Glowfax, they got a monk robe. The only problem is that it dosen't have a hood - is there somewhere you can get the "Hooded Monk Robe" without killing one of the monks/priests? It would be of tremendous help.

Well, it involves a death (non penalty), but you could do the Namiera (is that her name?) quest. Start it by going to Markarth and speaking to the Court Wizard about the Hall of the Dead or whatever.

Ok, it don't have to be the monk robe it could be also be a brown hooded robe or grey etc. the only exception is for the black hooded robe which ironically is seemingly the easiest one to get from vampires. It seems that it is almost impossible to get a hooded robe without killing the good and lawful people.
