Fire Glitch PLEASE HELP! : V

I've been having problems lately with the fire in Skyrim. Its really annoying because, since the game is based on "fire" breathing dragons, when i look a fire my screen flashes yellow on and off and there is a lot of fire in Skyrim!

If anyone could help it would be be much appreciated, thanks!
