PSU Corsair TX650 isn't ideal choice, you may experience problems with whistling of it (most customers unlucky). I had this and exchanged with Corsair 620HX (it's better, but cost more).
CPU is fine choice, the best for gaming by performance~price.
HDD i recommend Hitachi, they are more noisy, but perfect by quality, Seagate several years is outsider, you are risking to have problems with data corruption.
Videocard is another topic of discussion, but i'm on NVidia side even if they are hot and "eat" more power. But drivers are much better than ATI and less problems with modern games (but in beta drivers ATI fixing bugs in all new games, but awaiting is dissapointing).
