43 creatures in a single dlc/large expansion would never happen. Theres most likely not even that many creatures in skyrim.

It has been taken down, which either means it's a Bethesda leak which means it shouldn't be out there or it's a fake and the author was forced to take it down or such.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt, where was the information? What website was it on? Even if the page is down, you should at least remember that, and the URL should still be in your history even if the website doesn't work.
