First-Person Camera Too Low to the Ground

Post » Thu May 24, 2012 9:18 pm

When I go into first-person the camera ends up being very close to the ground, at about half the height of what it should be. This would be only a minor annoyance since I play in third-person, but it effects the height of things I can select in both POV's. IE, I have to aim a ways above something to select it in third-person, and I can't select things at all if they're level with my characters head, or higher. Any idea on how to fix this?

I added some screenshots while standing next to an NPC to make the issue much more obvious.

Bloody hell. I've fixed it, and it was hilariously simple. I tried sneaking and unsneaking in first-person, and that seemed to resolve it. Wonder how it happened in the first place though...

I've noticed this too, where you're sneaking, and then do something (smithing, forging, enchanting, alchemy, etc). The crosshair looks like you're no longer sneaking, but you're still actually sneaking. Then you take an arrow in the knee.
