Yes although not reccomended for fighting since you'll have extreme tunnel vision.

And they have yet to implement hands/arms/weapons into the view but that's something they've said they're working on.

Well yeah, but we haven't actually had news on first person in quite awhile which was when they said that so by now I'd imagine, and hope that they're pretty far into doing that.
