I bought Skyrim with the only intention to find out of Bethesda was telling the truth..."If you know from our previous titles that you can walk to the top of that mountain." - "This is the tallest mountain in Skyrim the Throat of the Wold" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xwboyafbwc&hd=1&t=47s
Well Bethesda challenge accepted. At level 5 I embarked on what would then become a 2 and a half hour climb. (Real Life Time, Days in Skyrim).
While I don't agree you can "Walk right up to the top." is a far stretch cause it took a lot of glitch jumping on invisible walls. I can say that I hit the peak...I was so high up that even at this level of scale realism kicks in...the dense clouds/snow is so thick you can't see 5 inches in-front of you.
Then like every great man would do...I planted the FOR AMERICA! Flag....and sprint jumped right off the top...and fell to the funnest ragdoll painful death I've seen so far. Far Beating the Giants.

I received no Achievement for this feat of endurance...=[ But I can assure you I am the first person in the WORLD to do this. I'd appreciate some Reddit love if you enjoyed this. I'll try to find something else unique to do in the game now...hrmmm...what to do.
NOTE: I took the picture on the highest "stable" ground point of the mountain you can go about 50ft higher but you are on a slope and just slide down. You can not actually stand on the tippy top as it is too Vertical on all sides...trust me I tried...for about 45min.
