First Person View Problems

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 12:12 pm

Hello everybody. I am having an issue while playing Skyrim. I noticed while in first person I wasn't moving at full speed while walking. I thought at first it was because I was wearing heavy armor but then I also noticed I wasn't running right either in first person. I would start my sprint then stop all off a sudden. This is only happening in first person but works fine in third. Is this a bug? Is there a way to fix it?

If this is the wrong place to post this I am sorry.

I think i had that glitch before it happens when you are crouching and mine some ore(atleast that's how i discovered it). Try crouching up and down again and it should fix it.

You know what. I was noticing that my eye level in first person is real low. Like I am level with peoples belts. I will try what you said. Thanks.

No problem I hope it helps. Took me a long time to figure out why my character acted like that as well. I was about to just delete him and start over when i tried that.

If you're seeing an eye level, you're crouching, and this is slower, especially if you've a weapon drawn without the perk.

Click the LS and you're all set to move again.

What I've noticed is that if I'm crouching when I start mining ore, when I come back the cursor tells me I'm not crouching, but the low viewpoint tells me that I am. Crouching and uncrouching at this point fixes it.

I just started the game up again and it was working fine when I stated up but I was trying to crouch/uncrouch when I was bugged and it didn't fix it.
