I'm stuck in the front of the cart everytime i start a new game and the horse look like it's drunk and smash to the door that won't open. there is a lot of people having similar problem. So when this problem is going to be fix?

Can't tell you a damn thing as you've said nothing at all about your setup.

First and foremost:

1) Uninstall any and all mods (do not simply disable them, they need to be uninstalled)
2) Refresh the INI files
3) Verify the files via Steam
4) Try a new game
