Fixes, Improvements And Additions

Hey,
Skyrim is great and I like it very much, and after playing it for a while I have thought of a few small fixes that would help give a smoother game play experience and some cool additions (imo)...at least for mods? I'm playing on a pc right now. not sure how difficult each one is going to be to code, just listing some possible improvements.

- game play -

---> Reviving : I think it would be good to have an option where once you have been killed, you are allowed to continue, without having to load up a previous save, and go through the same experience.( eg: walking --looking at 'epic' scenery - only - not so epic any more - because you are trying to catch up to where you were before, and not giving the same attention ) The option would give the player should be given one chance per day to revive after dyeing from almost-death, with only a small amount of health, a percentage of the gold, or items removed, and any enemies restored to full health.

--->Reduce talk : Reduce how often the non-player characters talks randomly ( and repeat the same speech) to the player without the player talking to the character. Reduce the distance needed of them talk to you first.
--->Asking for directions speech option : for particular places like quest locations, barrows and where the player currently is ( doesn't have to have dialogue - text could appear on screen, like when a new village is found )

- graphical -

--->turning while walking : sometimes in third person the character clicks into the side-directions, without turning smoothly
--->stepping Up/down stair or over small obstacles: smoother stepping, at least in first person view ( I got tired of all the sudden little bumps on every one of the 7000 steps )

--->dragons landing on places with enough space: instead of narrow places like the way up 7000 steps, where a dragon tried to land between 2 rock walls and started seriously glitching through them
--->following 3rd person camera suggestion : think of it like, the player leaves an invisible trail, and the camera follows it, slightly behind, slightly detached from the player ( could be an option?)
--->specific activity animations : eg, when using the grindstone, using the actual item selected by the player, in the animation

- Other additions/suggestions -

Resting: resting animation (sitting/lying back) - ambient music plays and screen becomes unfocused, and you gain an additional stamina and health buff as you rest.
Food: A cooked meal should have a continuous effect ( such as health regeneration ) for half of the day ( 2 continuous effects per day ) to help in allowing warriors and archers not depend on magical restoring spells.
Area and weather effects: eg slight cold damage in high places, stamina drain in rain, magicka drain during night or slight hp regeneration during day
apparel effects : as the player uses a particular set of clothes, it could gain effects particular to it - eg: travelling clothes/ hats could resist elemental damage like cold
make a camp fire : for cooking food and buffs to stats. (could use with rest animation)
