Found solution to "Flashing/Flickering Shadows while Sprinting"

Setting the following variable too high seems to be the problem. Its in '...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SkyrimPrefs.ini'
fShadowDistance=

Anyrhing less than 8000 seems to be fine.
Default value is:
fShadowDistance=4000.0000


This problem only seems to effect some people, but I hope this helps.
