I have been trying to fix the "flickering shadows" on NPCs face problem, to be clear, this:

I don't know if it is clear from the pictures but this flickering shadows on NPCs faces look REALLY odd and they are rather unpleasant, especially when moving. Now, I managed to fix the problem in interior celss by mounting a very tiny and effective mod, this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10789, mind you the FPS gain is just bonus since I run on a i7 with 4GB RAM and 2x GTX580 SLI.

I didn't manage to fix the problem outside though; I have been scouring the web for solutions and I found a few suggestions, one guy suggested setting this two values in Skyrim.ini:

I did, but the problem persist. Another guy suggested changing INI values to 4096 after having set shadows @ medium in the launcher (and that made shadow less blocky but still didn't fix my issue).

I was wondering what escapes me, I guess it's a common problem do you guys know how to solve that?
