This bug is driving me f* insane especially because I bought a house in Whiterun that I hope my son inherits. He will never come there because there is this bug where if you walk a certain distance close to the torch (the street lights) it flashes and becomes darker. I was wondering if anybody noticed this or if it was normal. I'd fraps it but I'm not paying for that sh%t and they want me to.
