I noticed in the new Crysis 2 trailer that at the very end you see a flood. Any ideas on what this means?

I noticed in the new Crysis 2 trailer that at the very end you see a flood. Any ideas on what this means?
im gonna guess, that considering new york was ripped to shreds, it means there was some alien generated earthquakes. if one of those earthquakes was a few miles off shore, it could have caused a sunami, hence the flood.
