Okay now if there is already a mod like this then please tell me, if not then some modder please make one. I would love to see a follow-up to the Companions quest where you now clean house of the Lycanthropes within the Companions. There are only a few and most of the Companions do not know of them. You offer each a choice of going through the cleansing or leaving and if they leave then you have to hunt them down so a menace is not set loose on the people of Skyrim. If they choose the cleansing then have a small quest for each that needs to be done so they may undertaking the cleansing.

I wouldn't hunt any of them. Aela is the only one who refuses to give up being a werewolf. But I intend her to make a third choice in the future, that of becoming a weredragon.
