follower equip on 360

The thing is that I want my Blades members to be bada$$. I recruited the best of the best. Mjoll the Lioness, Argis the Bulwark, and J'zargo! My own Justice League of Heroes. My heroes that refuse to wear the awesome looking gear I give them.

This pisses me off. When following me individually they will wear some stuff as long it is content with there skill. But I cant get them to ditch the blades armor. Ive tried all the tricks. It came down to me paralyzing them and removing the blades armor all together, then after a loading screen they would be back in full Blades suit again. Ok...then I read just leave one piece of there default armor on and they will equip the rest. Ok...done. Now they rather walk around and fight dragons naked then put the aweome armor I made for them on.

Is there anything else I could try? I would of not bothered with a Khajiit Mage or a Huge Nord named "The Bulwak" if I knew they where going to look so lame in blades gear.

I was praying to god that in Hearthfire it would of included 'setting your followers favorites' like in the gamejam video. But now since they did not I need to try and screw with the game.

As it stands, stock, there is not much you can do with your followers clothing/armor/weapons other than to choose something in their skill set (light armor for LA Skilled Followers for example). Not sure on the Blades, but any follower will put on or use what you give them if it is better than what they have already (factoring in their skill in that type of armor or weapon)

I even got Lydia to wear Glass (she's Heavy Armor) but I had to improve it first.

I think the mistake was in recruiting them into the Blades. Prior to that they should have been willing to wear whatever you gave them, (providing
it was better than what they had), but once inducted I think they are scripted to wear the "proper" uniform.
