Hi

I completed a quest the other day in Dragonsrach which allowed me to have a follower (killed the dragon and you then get a titel and an option to)

The name of the NPC is Lydia, when asking her to follow me she says I have someone with me, also the same with one in Markarth.

I've seen other people have had an issue similar to this but only after getting Lydia, is there any fix for this?
