My followers are not shooting their enhanced dwarven crossbows. Instead, they go into this animation where they lift the crossbow to fire, then drop it again without having fired. They fire regular steel crossbows and enhanced steel crossbows just fine, but they won't fire the enhanced dwarven ones. I don't know whether they will fire regular dwarven crossbows.
