The page on followers on the UESPwiki has led me to believe that followers finally scale with your level properly instead of doing so only up until you enter their cell as of 1.6. I've googled it about and can't seem to find a clear answer, it's certainly not in the patch notes for 1.6 that I've seen. Is this true?
