I've read that the Followers you can recruit start at a level that is determined at the time when you recruit them, and stays fixed throughout. Now if I recruit follower A at level 10, and then dismiss her when I'm level 25 and get B instead, would B have a larger carrying capacity? Or is there no difference at all, like all followers can carry a max of 300 lb no matter what level they are.
