Anyone else having issues with their followers lagging behind and taking forever to realize it's time to catch up?

I've been experiencing this a lot with Kharjo lately. Outside of that issue, I've also been noticing that whenever I talk to him, and end the dialogue, it takes longer than normal for him to say his closing phrase (ie: lead on friend, etc). Sometimes he'll say it about 15 seconds later or so..

*note for trolls - has nothing to do with the framerate/lag issue. I'm still not experiencing that on my PS3 slim..
