For all you GUI artists out there

One of the projects working on Skyrim multiplayer is called SkyNet. I'm not part of the project, but I thought that a recent breakfhrough they had when working on a custom GUI would be of interest to GUI artists. It's a method of hooking into Direct-X that works for Skyrim, and allows a 100% custom GUI. As Hipo is much better at these things than me, I'll let him explain:

He posted an example of it in-game, and as you can see it is not advanced at the moment, but it is working. It will not be useful as it is right now, but it might get you all thinking about this, and if it gets working, it will be very useful indeed!

Sorry if this post sounded a little weird, it's 1:30 AM here, so I might be posting a little incoherently. Sorry if I am :)
