Yeah go there, if you are wanting to become a Energy Weapons person like me on my third run thought totally go there.

I agree its worth visiting but make sure you go there during the day and not at night.

The only thing is that you need some high Lock Pick and High Sicence to get past a a lot of the stuff. I remember when I when in I had the weapon, Pulse gun, man I had a sweet time in the top level.
