For DLC could you give another way to learn Ballistic Weave : Fallout 4

I've already reached the point of no return with the Railroad so I can't get it that way

Ballistic Weave shouldn't be faction-locked in the first place imo. Just available when you reach level 30 or something.

It makes sense for Vertibird flares and Synth Grenades to be faction locked, but not armour (since you can buy the weave from any vendor no matter what faction you support.)

Hmmm, I didn't even know this existed until you brought it up. Then again I've only played through siding with the BoS and Institute and that hasn't ended well for the Railroad.
