For the Legion! : Fallout: New Vegas

Who here simply cannot wait for all the benefits and joyous times you will have once you join (or become friends with) the wondrous Caesar's Legion? Speculate about all the great things that YOU think we could do/get while in good graces with the upstanding Legion!

I bet they have access to some pretty big stockpiles of arms and armor if they are giving the NCR problems. I also would LOVE to see an almost palace-like area in their HQ, it would just be so epic. i wonder how much we can help with their raiding and slaving operations. The opportunities are endless!

I am going to kill them all on my first playthrough. I am siding with the NCR first time 'round.

They are along awaited faction for me. I am not one for joining slavers but I am sure I'll give it a shot. The bulk of their power is still in Arizona.

I may side with them on my first playthrough if their armor looks decent. If not, NCR here I come.

i think ill flip a qaurter 2 times, if it lands on tails twice its the legion, if it lands on heads twice its NCR, if it doesnt do either one twice ill go with the populace.

Whether or not I will side with them depends on whether or not they've formed an actual country like the NCR has, and not just a large organization of slavers. I'm siding with the NCR because I want it to help expand it's borders to New Vegas. If Caeser's Legion is fighting for a country too then and only then will I consider siding with them.

It seems that the legion would be a big early game plus for melee/throwing characters, seeing as a lot of their troops use melee weapons in the footage/screens I have seen so far plus there's the who "most of their troops are reconditioned tribals" thing and all.
Which means playthrough #2 will be the time of the Imperium for me (I know they aren't an empire, but the are Romanesque and awesome)

I remember from one of the previews/interviews that you can don their armor and "infiltrate" the Legion's ranks. There are of course some NPCs that will be able to "spot" impersonators, especially if you are an enemy to their faction but It's cool that you can wear certain things and be able to fool the average "grunts" of the major factions, which would make a "kill everything that moves" playthough just a bit more feasible... =p

Since Legion are supposed to be the more "evil" faction I can't wait to side with them.
Their armor and style looks kickass.
And I think it will be a lot more fun playing a faction that hopefully does evil things for a good cause.

I hope there's a little variety to their armor. Seeing everyone of them in skirts is a little whacked. You're supposed to wear leg protection in the desert, so that snakes don't kill you... Something tells me that a shotgun shell to a naked leg is a little more detrimental than one to a metal armored one.

I about as excited as the Legion as I am about getting alcohol poisoning <_< I never liked the slavers in FO3, I jus t completely eliminated them, without question...

Despite my goody goody nature, the idea behind the Legion does intrigue me. If they give me a compelling purpose to side with them, it wouldn't be the first time I sided with Raider types because I found the cause more valuable than the moral settbacks (Ashur Supporter).
