I completed the first two objectives in the quest: "Investigate the Gauldur legend" and "Learn the truth from Daynas Valen."

I've entered Fulgunthur, found Daynas Valen's corpse and have searched it to find his notes. The next object was "Read Daynas Valen's notes."

However, when I flipped through the notes and read them, the next objective wasn't prompted. I was able to continue through the dungeon just fine, but the quest won't update.



EDIT: PFFFT, never mind, user error. Hur durr.

Did you find his journal at the campsite before entering the cave and finding his body?

Just a thought, I just finished this one last night.

How many other tombs with claw keys have you cleared? And what color were the keys?

Yeahhh, I'm dumb. Just opened the notes (I mixed up those notes with the journal), and a slew of updates/objectives just spammed my quest screen.

Uhm, never mind Bethesda, not your fault. ID-10T error.
