Forsworn

Do you consider the Forsworn evil or the Nords? When I was doing a quest in Markarth involving the Forsworn and their leader, my outlook on them completely changed. I used to see them as no more than crazy barbarians but they were at point living in peace minding their own business in Markarth until the Nords drove them all away and killed them. Now they are seeking revenge on the Nords for what they have done to them, taking away their lifestyle and killing them. I know they have done their fair share of killings also but it wouldn't have happened if the Nords weren't aggressive, who do you consider right?

I usually train them up to high peaks and th'uum them off the mountainsides and watch gleefully as they plummet and crash to their painful deaths. They might not be evil, but they are the scourge of midlevel stealth characters everywhere. ,)

Jokes aside, I think the "truth" is somewhere in the middle... like it usually is in TES games (except Oblivion which is more straightforward than star wars).

Exactly the reply I want to make :D The deep valleys of the Reach are just perfect for that.

Not evil but they are very twisted considering the extremes they are going to, many are pretty much selling their souls for the power to fight more effectively.

They aren't or don't want to fight anyone else though except for theirselves. If they are living in peace like that and not bothering me, I would let them live their own lifestyle.

I believe they aren't evil in that sense, but there is nothing left in them but a twisted crave for revenge. The Briarhearts are good examples of how twisted they have become(unless they had Briarhearts before they were driven from the Reach, in which case I wonder how twisted they were to begin with).
