No Fortify Alchemy potion?

So I am doing alchemy with my battle mage, So far my character is extremly unbalanced and not very good, I have spread him too thin across to many skills and did not focus,

So I am wearing full heavy armor, have used both one and two hand. Mainly with magical weapons. I am using destruction. I am level 20, with 40 destruction 40 heavy armor, 40 one hand. I have also used Alchemy alot. I am 46 in alchemy, I have discovered all 4 on almost all ingredients I had enough to discover.. I have hundreds of potions in chests in my house.. I need to sell or start using them. I have also dabbled in archery, lock picking, I have not stole a single item, or pickpocketing.

The question really boils down to. I wanted to start mass making Health Potions. Up till now, I just made potions that discovered at least 2 effects. using charts. I want to get the max out of health potions, because I've noticed they are sort of the most impotant. Quick instant heal, sometimes fast heal isnt quite fast enough. where i can pause and pop 4 potions instantly full health..

In alchemy it appears that I can make a potion for every single skill in game except alchemy? I saw an enchant to help with alchemy. but im trying to get the most out of health potions any help / advice on the alchemy? also any ideas or thoughts on my character? I have saved up 9 Perks I havn't used yet. But im at a point in the game where i have topick to stay alive. I am to weak to continue, But I am affraid to pick a bunch of combat perks which narrow me down to a broken character or a good character.. I am thinking before I start a hard dungeon to save and pick 9 things, try the dungeon and than save at the end and reload and try over and over till i pick something that feels smooth.. any advice would be great.. thanks.

luckily fortify alchemy doesnt exist!! whats your level?
if you have so many perks left ... where do you want to go? the perks on one handed for example do a lot difference

I totally agree, the perks make or break where I am going to go. I have like 9 perks left to spend. Honestly I dont know how i've made it this far... The perks I have spent 1 in heavy armor (lvl 47) , 1 in one hand (lvl 46) . 4 in alchemy (lvl 36), 3 in destruction (lvl 46)..

here are the rest i've used, but no perks spent.. resto 22, ateration 18, enchanting 31, smithing 23, block 21, two handed 30, archery 28, light armor 20, sneak 23, lockpicking 38, pickpocket 16 (trying not to steal or be bad) speech 50 ( I like good prices) alchemy 37 (really like it, but not getitng the best use of it.) need to use more potions and poisions) illusion 17, conjure 34,

So a friend was telling me im doing Battle mage wrong. I should wear heavy armor, use a one hand weapon, than use healing or support spells, like fear or calm , have a companion that gets up and personal.. let me sit back cast light and heal, ,fear, ,maybe small amounts of damage..

but so far, I have been throwing lots of damage, running out of mana, than i try to melee running out of stamina.. Than I sorta run around drinking heal and magika potions. probably why my alchemy is so high, i depend on those to live with my weak ass character..

I am really torn. I can't make up my mind on what I want to play. So far magic seems like the most fun, but more difficulty. Melee seems more straight forward, more material based. Where magic is skills and planning, Gear is important but no where near..

What do you all think? any ideas ?anyone else having a hard time picking the path?

Neither enchanting or alchemy fortify themselves. The cascading of such would be too cheap and absurd.
