Hello all, quick question about the duration of fortify enchanting/smithing potions.

If i take the time to assign a name to a smith/enchanted item while under the influence of a fortify enchant/smith potion, does the time it takes me to name the item subtract from whatever the duration of the potion is? OR does the game ignore that time that the "Name" menu is open and only subtract time when I am at the smithing/enchanting station??

For PS3 I don't know whether it does...

Both use each console's native text-entry screens, however, Xbox's automatically pauses the game in the background, whilst during the PS3's text entry, the game appears to continue in the background.
