Fortify Restoration Glitch Question

Post » Wed Aug 01, 2012 4:28 am

Wanting to use this to make dragon shout cool downs a about half of their normal times. It got me wandering what other enchantments are affected by this glitch? I've heard it is anything that fortifies but haven't tested it. So does anybody know?

Also can anyone tell me how much destruction and magic regen have been fortified to by their experience and what percent restoration fortification potion they used. Sorry about the difficulty of my questions just got really curious about this glitch and the wikia's don't help me on this.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help out with this.

All the enchantments on the apparel in your inventory are affected as far as I have seen. If an item is unequipped after the fortify restoration effect wears off, it will revert to the original enchantment it had on it beforehand. At 100 alchemy and 4 items enchanted with fortify alchemy and 0 perks, make 4-5 potions with fortify restoration and then leave only 1 or 2 items of your fortify alchemy gear on before making a fortify enchanting potion. That should allow you to get about fortify destruction fortified by around 200%. If you want the amulet to be 2.5x better, it would only need 1 or 2 restoration potions before it hits that mark. Be careful though, because the percentages tend to spike pretty quick so I recommend saving before you attempt the loop.

Wow I didn't realize the glitch was that potent for other enchantments. It going to take me awhile though I have no alchemy points but all apparel enchantments are taken.
