Before all the self appointed forum police jump my case for posting this, I want to sat that I DID try to get assistance through the help pages and by emailing the "forum folks" but got no response.

I have been trying to put a new profile photo/pic on my profile with no luck. I had one, but I went to change it with an updated photo of my main character, but it's not giving me the correct option to do so. Is it because I'm now using an iPad? In the process of trying to update to the new photo, I accidentally deleted my old photo, which is why I am now stuck with this generic avatar.
